Marketing Operations Data Analyst

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations, this lead will partner with the Finance Data Analyst to develop the B2B marketing and sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing/sales conversion and attribution models
- Partner with the Finance Data lead and Science team to interpret models and deliver recommendations
- Be the go-to expert on channel performance and help answer “Where should Matterport invest the next dollar?”
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance and communicate recommendations to the broader organization.
- Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities, identify the hypothesis and design & execute experiments
- Design and create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly funnel dashboards to help monitor performance for all key indicators.
- Use various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends, and visitor behavior.
- Insights and Analysis: Be the go-to person for big challenging, strategic questions. Develop insightful analyses that guide decision making for your business partners.
- Perform deep analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against every stage of the marketing funnel
Requirements
- 7+ years related work experience – working for an agency or marketing department with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and analytics
- Developed and implemented a B2B Marketing/Sales funnel
- Expert in:
- Advanced SQL and fluency working with large data sets/data warehousing
- Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards via Tableau
- Excel data modeling and analysis
- You have experience in financial modeling & ROI analysis
- You’ve created and implemented Lead Scoring models
- Experience with ABM data methodologies
- You know how to leverage data and tools to automate workflows and reporting
- You’re comfortable working in high growth, constantly changing environmentAbility to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization from Executive to SDR
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build consensus, and influence with personable persistence
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced highly demanding environment
- Experience in evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and performance analytics
- Experience working with marketing measurement tools, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementally testing, matched market testing, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with marketing automation and optimization platforms
